Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy


You will receive an automated confirmation email once you have placed your order

Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Orders within SA are shipped with The Courier Guy.

Please note that all orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Soulo Clothing is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit.

Returns / Refunds General

We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase and shopping experience with us, therefore we offer an easy 28-day return policy from the order delivery date. All returns must be unworn/unused, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached.

Sale items and Gift Card Purchases are not eligible for returns – unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

If Soulo Clothing determines that the returned item(s) are not in their original condition, an exchange/refund will be rejected, and the items will be returned to you at your own expense.

We offer free exchanges within 5 working days of receiving your order, thereafter you will be liable for return shipping costs within the remainder of the 28 days.

Exchanges can be made for any product, of equal or greater value (with an additional top-up payment in the case of your basket total being of greater value), in our online store. You will receive a one-time discount code for the Rand value of the returned item.


You are eligible for a refund within 5 working days of receiving your product. Soulo Clothing will cover return shipping costs. After we have received and inspected your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
